Key Achievements in 2025
SET ESG Rating
The Stock Exchange of Thailand announced the results of the 2025 SET ESG Ratings assessment, marking the disclosure of sustainability evaluation results in a rating format. A total of 265 listed companies were selected and recognized under the SET ESG Ratings for 2025.
In this year, Nirvana Development Public Company Limited was rated at the “AA” level, achieving a score of 85 out of a total of 100 points. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the Company has been included in the list of sustainable stocks based on the assessment conducted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
This recognition reflects significant progress in the Company’s ESG disclosures, including information on ESG risk management, environmental management policies, environmental performance results, and operations relating to employees, communities, and society through its business processes.

Excellent CG scoring
The Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) conducts the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) on an annual basis to survey and monitor the development of corporate governance practices among listed companies in Thailand.
The Company received a CGR assessment result for 2025 at the “Excellent” level (Excellent CG Scoring) for the eighth consecutive year, achieving a full score of 100 points.

AGM Checklist
The Thai Investors Association (TIA) conducts the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Checklist project to promote and encourage listed companies to organize their Annual General Meetings of Shareholders in compliance with applicable laws and principles of good corporate governance.
The Company received an evaluation result for the quality of its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the “Excellent” level (5 Medals), achieving a full score of 100 points for the eighth consecutive year.

Sustainability Disclosure Recognition
The Company was selected as one of the recipients of the “Sustainability Disclosure Recognition 2025” award in the category of Sustainability Disclosure Recognition.
This award is organized to encourage listed companies and business organizations that are members of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) to recognize the importance of disclosing operational information covering economic, social, environmental, and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) aspects in addition to financial information, thereby demonstrating business sustainability. Such disclosure is beneficial to stakeholders and contributes collectively to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12.6.
The evaluation criteria are based on three key dimensions referenced from the Ceres-ACCA framework, comprising: Completeness of content (45% weighting), Credibility of content (35% weighting), and Communication and Presentation of content (20% weighting), respectively. The assessment focuses on sustainability reporting as a tool to enhance stakeholder benefits and to support the organization’s long-term sustainable development. The Company officially received the award on 25 November 2025.

Participation in Sustainable Development Networks
- The Company became a member of the CSR Club under the Thai Listed Companies Association to collaboratively drive the development of responsible corporate management practices toward sustainable business development (Sustainable Development).
- The Company joined the “Care the Bare” initiative, a program supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand that encourages listed companies and interested organizations to adopt behavioral changes aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions arising from organizational activities, whether conducted online or onsite. Such activities include meetings, press conferences, training sessions, seminars, corporate trips, award ceremonies, and CSR events. The initiative applies the “6 Cares” principles as a framework for designing, assessing, measuring outcomes, and fostering sustainable behavioral changes within organizations.
- The Company participated in the “Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC)” knowledge-sharing network in collaboration with Thaipat Institute. This platform serves as a learning space for exchanging experiences in sustainability disclosure, maintaining the leadership role of the Thai private sector in sustainability reporting at both regional and international levels, and supporting long-term organizational sustainability development.
